About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team in San Antonio, TX for the 20252026 school year. This full-time role spans 6 campuses, working with a caseload of approximately 6070 students. The OT will be responsible for direct treatment, consultations, evaluations, and participation in ARD meetings and related documentation.
Position Highlights:

Serve 6070 students across 6 campuses

Provide a mix of treatment, consultations, testing, and ARD/paperwork

Collaborate with a highly experienced COTA (78 years in schools)

COTA primarily handles 20 students at 12 campuses

Responsibilities include supervision, consultations, and reevaluations for COTA's caseload

COTA is independent and seeks guidance as needed
Ideal Candidate:

Licensed OT in the state of Texas (or willing to obtain)

Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

Comfortable supervising and collaborating with a COTA
